The restaurant at the Dana Hotel is the perfect place for a business lunch. Elegant interiors and delicious dishes will be an excellent setting for discussions about new projects or undertaking new business challenges. From the menu, we recommend Carpaccio of salmon served with sour cream, capers and anchovies. We especially recommend the German fish soup. Main dish is represented by Steak Tomahawk from Duroc guinea served on mashed parsnip, stewed spinach and mashed chanterelles. For dessert, we recommend plums under crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
